Alan Lee’s career started in sales, representing commercial photographers in New York City and working with leading advertising agencies, graphic design firms, and national consumer brands.

With a keen eye for business growth, he later founded and ran a stock photography agency, successfully building a national client base.

Where It All Began

Following several company mergers, Alan transitioned into leadership roles, serving as National Account Manager and Head of Sales for two stock photography firms.

The industry was thriving—until a technological shift disrupted the market.

Navigating Change

Alan pivoted into commercial real estate, working first as a retail broker and then into investment real estate sales.

Despite the field’s opportunities, the timing wasn’t right.

This led him to launch a sales consulting firm, where he authored an eBook on sales prospecting and conducted live workshops.

Momentum was building—until the COVID-19 pandemic halted everything.

A New Direction

In the wake of global changes, Alan transitioned once again, this time into the Catering and Hospitality field.

His unique career path—spanning sales, business development, consulting, and now hospitality—has given him firsthand experience in changing jobs and careers.
